1-Day / 3-Day / 5-Day Personal Chef meals prepared in your home.

    Each meal will be tailored towards healthy, nutritional eating. that focus on lean & plant based proteins, grains & legumes, unique vegetable creations that are not only healthy, but absolutly delicious. Beautiful salads incorporating seasonal fruit, nuts, and some of my signature salad drerssings that I have created during my 30 year culinary journey. HEALTHY EATING does not have to be boring, dull, and unflavorful.

One Chef Prepared Starter & Entree / One Person      $180

     This includes 2 hour's of prep/preparation, grocery shopping and food cost, serving with a detailed explanation of each course, and clean-up. - I also provide a recipe with ingredience nutrition, and allergens, to each client. A fun and productve gift! This will be emailed to each client served.
